TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Rates
   All rates are quoted in USD with the following benefits:
   - Welcome drink & cold towel upon arrival
   - Fresh flower arrangement upon arrival
   - Daily American breakfast
   - Daily housekeeping
   - Government tax and service charge
2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - 31 and September 1 - 15, Chinese New Year, Easter Week and Idul Fitri.
   Peak season period: August 1 - 31 and December 18 - January 10.
3. Reservation Procedure
   All enquiries are handled on first come/first payment received basis
   All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax
4. Minimum Stay
   Low season : 2 nights
   High season : 5 nights
   Peak season : 7 nights
5. Check in/out time
   Check-in time : after 14:00
   Check-out time : before 12:00
   In cases where there is no other booking for the same day, the Management may extend the check-out time until 15:00. Late check-out until 16:00 is subject to availability with additional charge of 50% from one night villa rate. A full one night rate will be applied for check out after 16:00.
